Peach Custard Pie...really...Fresh peaches...yummy!<br /><br />Peach Custard Pie...really quick and easy.<br /><br />Make own crust or use one of the Pillsbury Pre Made ones. Pat into pan.<br /><br />Put slices peaches into shell but leave some room...you can always add more.<br /><br />In a bowl...wisk 6 eggs, and 1/2 cup of milk (I use evaporated), a couple of tablespoons of sugar. <br /><br />Place pie pan on rack in preheated oven.<br /><br />Then pour in the milk mixture, sprinkle cinnamon and some sugar on top and bake at 350 degrees until center comes out clean...usually about 25 minutes depending on your oven.<br /><br />Let chill before serving.
